RFM A-Note (version 1.3)

Now, RFM Software are working with version 1.3 of the application RFM A-Note.
This version (1.3) has the next upgrades:

- Included Search function (integrated with search button)
- Better and faster code (optimized)
- UI Changes (better icons)
- Added "blue standard" theme
- Added "About" information
