Invaders from far Space has always worked with external controllers or d-pad but, the last version of Invaders from far Space (6.2.x) now has full support for HID and MOGA devices.

You can play in the game and use the controller on the menus.

Working with MOGA SDK

RFM Software is working to implement native support for MOGA controllers (MOGA Pocket, MOGA Pro, MOGA Hero Power and MOGA Pro Power) on "Invaders from far Space".

The next version (6.2.x) will have support to play with this amazing GamePads.

Remember that  "Invaders from far Space" has full support for HID compatible GamePads and Keyboards.

You can play from your couch on your TV.

Where's My Tank?

Today, RFM Software has been published a new app on Google Play. "Where's My Tank?" is the name of this new application for your Android device.

This new app works on API 8+ (Android OS 2.2 - Froyo) and uses the new Google API Maps v2 for Android & Google Play Services.


Use your device GPS to remember where you have parked your tank (or submarine). Use turn by turn to find your Tank (or car) using Google Maps.

This app lets you mark your current position on the map. You can geographical tag your vehicles (Tank, Submarine, Helicopter... and even a Car).

Your vehicle and actual position  are visible on the map.

News on the last version of Invaders From Far Space

Today, RFM Software has uploaded a new version of Invaders From Far Space (version 5.4.X). This version has solved a lot of bugs and crashes, has added a new survival mode and a crash report system.

This version has been tested with external bluetooth controller (Wiimote) and keeps the screen on during play. Invaders from far Space has been aproved with GameTel and others Pad's controllers.

What's ACRA?

ACRA (http://acra.ch/) is a library enabling Android Application to automatically post their crash reports to a GoogleDoc form. It is targetted to android applications developers to help them get data from their applications when they crash or behave erroneously.
